“We’ve got a great lineup of some food ideas that I’ve been working on in the last month or so,” says Brad Weinstein, owner of the restaurant, “and we’ve not only come up with some respectable winners, but we’re also presenting the new grub with an updated look on contemporary-designed dinnerware.”

Hummus Platter
The Hummus Platter ($11) with roasted red peppers, cool cucumbers, olives and chunks of feta cheese pairs perfectly with Lancaster Strawberry Wheat or Leinenkugel’s Summer Shandy.
Pretzel Chicken
Pretzel Chicken is a pounded thin breast ($13) topped with honey mustard, bacon and pepperjack cheese on a dark salted pretzel bun. We recommend Dogfish Head 60 Minute to quench your thirst.
Michelle’s Spicy Salmon
Michelle’s Spicy Salmon entree ($15) wows with its stunning presentation of fresh lightly blackened salmon served with sauteed tomatoes, red onions and veggies and drizzled with Sriracha mayo and lemon. Perhaps a goblet of Washington Hills Riesling to bring the meal together?
Greek Salad
The Greek Salad ($13) provides just the right mix of feta cheese, cucumbers, Kalamata olives, tomatoes and red onions within crisp romaine and tossed lightly with housemade vinaigrette. It’s sure to pair well with a signature SkinnyTini made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka.
French Onion Soup

The Festival Pork Po’Boy ($12) is house-roasted pulled pork on top of creamy coleslaw and spicy horseradish mayo served on an Italian roll. A classic dish deserves a classic cocktail like a Manhattan made with Bulleit Bourbon.
Burrito Bowl
This Burrito Bowl ($13) is chock-full of romaine lettuce topped with grilled chicken, seasoned rice, black beans, pico de gallo, shredded cheddar and sour cream. We suggest trying Clifford Bay Sauvignon Blanc to blend with this Mexican mix of madness.
Pulled Pork Tacos
Three Pulled Pork Tacos ($12) are soft shells stuffed with seasoned pulled pork and topped with cilantro, red onion, shredded cheddar cheese and a side of sour cream. Knock ‘em down with a glass of Dos Equis XX Amber.
