Ready to show off your best Phoenixville photos? Enter the Living Phoenixville Juried Photo Exhibit contest!
Amateur and professional photographers can submit their Phoenixville-themed photos to the contest, sponsored by Phoenixville Area Business Association, for a chance to win cash prizes, including $200 for best in show and $50 for first prize in each category, a large print of your photo, a one-year feature on the Phoenix Village Art Center website, exhibition in a future show at the Phoenix Village Art Center and potential inclusion in a permanent collection within Phoenixville.
Here’s what you have to do to enter: Submit your photos portraying anything “Living Phoenixville” themed. The photos must be current (year 2000 onward) and taken by the one submitting the photo. Categories for judging are:
- Businesses That Impact Phoenixville
- Historical Places
- Then and Now (Growth & Revitalization)
- Activities and Events
- 12 and Under Category
Photos must be submitted by August 15, 2016, to be considered. The submission cost is $25 for the first 2 photos and $10 for each additional photo submission up to 5 photos total. Read up on all of the finer details online and submit those Phoenixville-theme photos ASAP!
