Chestnut Hill’s Mica Now Under New Ownership

Table Setting Chip Roman’s popular Chestnut Hill eatery, Mica, has changed hands.

The new owner, Yianni Arhontoulis, is the chef de cuisine at Roman’s Blackfish in Conshohocken. The restaurant, which will still be called Mica, will reopen on September 6.

The staff will remain the same and many of the facets of the original Mica will remain in place. Future guests at Mica will enjoy a la carte dining and have access to a $69 six-course tasting menu. One change: the new spot will be a BYOB establishment.
