This Just In: At the Table Names Executive Chef

Over the past few weeks, we shared the news about the closing of Creperie Béchamel and the soon-to-open spot that will be taking its place, At the Table.

Now we’re able to divulge the name of the Executive Chef who will be at the helm in the kitchen: Alex Hardy.

Chef Hardy, a partner in the restaurant along with Chef Tara Buzan, attended Johnson and Wales University and has held positions as Executive Chef at Rembrandt’s Restaurant and Bar and Sous Chef at Autograph Brasserie. He has worked for an impressive list of chefs, including Ian Moroney, Daniel Stern, Peter Gilmore, Patrick and Terence Feury, Ralph Fernandez and Andrew Deery.

“The goal of At the Table is to bring an experience to the Main Line. … I want to see haute cuisine, I wanted to see foodies in love with what they are eating!” shared Chef Alex.

Teasing at the menu, Alex added, “You will see ingredients from Paris, from Japan, from the best places we can get. … The Garden Salad shown above is a dish I have been working on for over 13 years, including over 25 components. The menu is almost ready to go. I will soon begin testing out every single dish!”
