September 4-Course Beer Pairing Dinner at Kildare’s Features Half Acre Brewing (Sept. 7)

On September 7, Kildare’s in West Chester will be showcasing Half Acre Beer Company in the latest in its series of four-course beer pairing dinners.

From 6:30–8:30 p.m., the dinner will feature Half Acre brews paired with Chef Stephanie’s culinary creations. The evening’s menu and beer pairings will be as follows:

First Course

 Akari Shogun Pale Wheat Ale
Grilled shrimp with jicama, lemon and lime vinaigrette

 Second Course

 Daisy Cutter Pale Ale
Arugula, orange, walnut, blue cheese salad with Daisy Cutter vinaigrette

 Third Course

 Hot Tropic (Coconut Touched Pale Ale—Very Rare)
Chicken curry—mango, onions, red peppers and coconut rice

 Fourth Course

 Vallejo IPA
Brown sugar grilled pineapple with vanilla ice cream
