Gettysburg is getting in on the ramen craze with the grand opening of Kazue Ramen and Sushi Bar, located in Gettysburg College’s Majestic Theater. The traditional ramen restaurant offers a menu of several varieties of the flavorful soup, including:
Tonkotsu Ramen
Pork broth soup, braised pork belly, soft boiled egg, bamboo shoots, dried seaweed, fish cake and green onion
Shio Ramen
Clear chicken broth, braised pork belly, marinated soft boiled egg, bok choy, fish cake, cabbage and green onion
Miso Ramen
Miso paste-based soup, braised pork belly, soft boiled egg, fish cake, bamboo shoots, cabbage, bok choy, green onion and dried seaweed
Kazue Ramen and Sushi Bar is open daily from 11 a.m.–9 p.m. for both eat in and carryout.
