Uncle B's smokerBefore the Blues Festival gets underway, the Steel City Blues Society hosts its largest fundraiser of the year—The Blues Festival Pre-Party. The pre-party and festival benefit many local music organizations, including Give the Gift of Music Foundation, Phoenixville Library and more. This year, festival organizers again intend to support local charities, including Phoenixville School District’s Music Program!

The Pre-Party will be held at Bistro on Bridge (208 Bridge St.) on Friday, September 9, at 7 p.m. Admission is $25 per person and includes food from Uncle B’s BBQ Shack and unlimited beer from 7:30–9:30 p.m. The John Doe Band will be performing live, and there will be raffles and blues items for sale.

Purchase your ticket and head to the Blues Festival Pre-Party for beer, BBQ and blues for a great cause!
