Rescue for the Bayou Brings Harrisburg Chefs Together to Benefit Baton Rouge (Sept. 8)

Join Harrisburg-area hotel and restaurant chefs for a Louisiana-style reception and five-course dinner to benefit hospitality employees affected by the recent floods in Baton Rouge. This special dinner will be served on the plaza at the Hilton Harrisburg on Thursday, September 8, from 6:30–9:30 p.m. In the event of rain, the dinner will be held in the banquet room.

Chef participants include Bill Collier, Bricco; Ben Beaver, Cafe 1500; Travis Mumma, Cafe Fresco; Anthony Bianco, Hilton Harrisburg; Rob Ayala, Home 231; Tom Heidt, Note Bistro & Wine Bar; and JR Lundy, Renaissance Allentown.

Tickets to the reception and five-course dinner, including wine, are $125 per person and can be purchased via Eventbrite.
