First Course

Second Course

Grilled Oysters Amani
Maitake mushrooms, aged Parmesan, wilted spinach, crème, pancetta

Third Course

Tempura Shiitake Mushrooms

Fourth Course

Seared Sea Scallops with Mushroom-Pomegranate Gastrique
