On Friday, September 23, from 7–9 p.m., Reading Terminal Market, in partnership with Market merchants Pearl’s Oyster Bar and Molly Malloy’s, will host OysterFest 2016. Guests will enjoy an evening of a dozen varieties of fresh raw oysters—many of them local—each paired with local and regional craft beers.
The featured oysters will be hand-selected by the expert staff at Pearl’s Oyster Bar and will include local varieties from Cape Shore Salt Oysters, Cape May Salt Oysters, Sweet Amalia and Forty North. For each oyster, Molly Malloy’s has curated an assortment of pilsners, lagers, pale ales and other craft beer samples from breweries including Dogfish Head, Evil Genius, Flying Fish, Neshaminy Creek, Philadelphia Brewing Company, Schell’s, Straub, Yards and Yuengling.
