We recently announced that three new restaurants are coming to Eagleview Town Center in the near future—Al Pastor, Bella Vista and Suburban.
Suburban, a farm-focused beer garden, is owned and will be operated by chef Eric Yost, a Chester county native. Yost attended culinary school at Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island, and his resume includes stints at The Gables at Chadds Ford, Tommy Bahama Restaurants in Naples and Sandestin (Florida) and Las Vegas, The White Dog Café in Philadelphia and Wyebrook Farm and as a personal chef to a world-renowned movie director from the Philadelphia area.
Chef Yost has an affinity for using the freshest local farm fare in his cooking, and we can’t wait to get a taste of his menu at Suburban. Anticipated opening of the restaurant is spring 2017.
