Harvest Chicken, Mom’s Meatloaf & More on Fall Menu at Winnie’s LeBus

Autumn is in full swing and Winnie’s LeBus has rolled out its fall menu, complete with hearty seasonal dishes and creative cocktails.

winnie's lebus acorn-squashStart off with a pear salad or hot cup of the restaurant’s famous vegetarian chili. For entrees, choose from Mom’s meatloaf made from prime black Angus ground beef and served with mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables and homemade mushroom gravy or harvest cider-brined chicken topped with an apple cider glaze and served with mashed potatoes and grilled carrots. Other entree choices include sesame-crusted salmon and vegetarian stuffed acorn squash. Finish off your meal with dessert, including warm apple cobbler with ice cream.

Winnie’s Le Bus also has a great bar that features an eclectic draft beer list and a carefully selected wine list that pairs perfectly with the ever-changing menu. Autumn-inspired craft cocktails that should make their way to your must-try list include the Cran Apple Old Fashioned, with Jim Beam Apple, fresh cranberries, orange, aromatic bitters and ginger; Maple Bourbon Sour Martini, with vanilla-infused Bulleit, maple syrup, ginger and lemon; and Autumn Mule, with Absolut, apple cider, lime and ginger beer.

Pumpkin-infused vodka is also back on the menu. The restaurant roasts whole pumpkins with cinnamon and nutmeg and adds the mixture to vodka for two weeks. Served in a glass rimmed with brown sugar, it doesn’t get more autumn-like!
