Carnivores—get ready to dig into some deliciously meaty fun at Di Bruno Bros. The venerable purveyors of meats, cheeses and more is celebrating all things prosciutto with classes, tasting demonstrations, specials and contests during Prosciutto Fest from October 24–November 6.

Tasting Demonstrations

All demos will be held at at RittenhouseFranklin and Ardmore stores, unless noted.

Week One

  • Tuesday, October 25, 11 a.m.–2 p.m. & 5–7 p.m.:  Parma Prosciutto Classico, Rotondo Dolce & Black Label

Classes

Visit Di Bruno’s Bottle Shop at The Franklin (834 Chestnut St. in Philadelphia) and participate in a Culture Club class on Tuesdays, October 25 and November 1, from 6–7:30 p.m. This special evening includes five beer samples paired up with five bites of awesome cheese and prosciutto that will transform how you think about flavor profiles. Specials

Di Bruno’s is featuring a special sandwich during Prosciutto Fest that you should definitely try. The sandwich is made with Prosciutto di Parma, fresh figs, stracciatella, aged balsamic syrup, arugula and Sicilian olive oil on rosemary focaccia and served with two small sides. It doesn’t get more meaty and delicious than that!
