Rino’s Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria is getting back to basics with its next beer school event.
On October 27 from 7–9 p.m., join other beer lovers at Rino’s for an informative and delicious evening where beer samplings and accompanying Italian dishes will create the perfect beer dinner experience. Join owner Jules Shortt as he leads this beer school installment, which will include a five-course meal alongside accompanying brews plus favorite pours selected by Jules. There will also be raffle gifts throughout the evening, with proceeds benefiting Hotties 4 Humanity.

First Course
Bacon Crack: chef’s candied applewood smoked bacon topped on a flaky pastry dough, drizzled with brown sugar and baked to perfection

Grilled Caesar: crisp romaine heart grilled to a golden brown, dressed with homemade Caesar dressing, topped with freshly grated Reggiano

Stuffed Pumpkin: mini pumpkin stuffed with chef’s risotto and topped with seared sea scallop

Osso Bucco: Italian milk-fed veal shank braised with veal stock and white wine, served with truffle pasta

Fifth Course
Apple Cider Float: Big Hill cider, Highland Orchard apple cider, French vanilla ice cream, grated cinnamon and caramel sauce
