“Breaking Breads” Book Party Welcomes Uri Scheft to Dizengoff (Oct. 29)

On October 29 from 7:30–9 p.m., Mike Solomonov and Steve Cook will welcome master baker Uri Scheft to Dizengoff for the Breaking Breads: A New World of Israeli Baking book party.

The evening will include a discussion of the critically acclaimed book as well as samples of recipes from its pages, which feature nearly 100 recipes for flatbreads, stuffed breads, challahs and cookies developed with the home baker in mind.

Tickets are $45 per person and include a copy of the book; a complimentary selection of five of Uri’s sweet and savory pastries, breads and desserts; and a complimentary beverage.
