Now the restaurant is upping its game with a brand new cocktail menu that will feature fresh, new flavor infusions and kombucha. Yes, Half Moon is getting in on the kombucha craze and creating a series of cocktails featuring the fermented tea drink.
Recently, Half Moon shared on its Facebook page about the new drinks menu, which will feature kombucha cocktails using GT’s Kombucha. Read on for more information on this flavorful and fun addition to Half Moon’s cocktail list:
“Fizzy, flavorful, and fresh, our Kombucha Special is made with organic GT kombucha, full of enzymes and probiotics, so you can feel healthy while you get tipsy. This week’s flavor is a perfect blend of ginger, blueberry, & lime.”
