Brewpub to Visit in Camp Hill: Ever Grain Brewing Co.

Beer Flight Ever Grain Brewing Company opened in Camp Hill back in September and has been wowing the beer community with its stellar brews ever since.

Brewmaster Bruce Tanner brings many years of experience to the brewery, including a six-year stint at Troegs Independent Brewing. Ever Grain currently has several high-quality beers on tap, including Autumn Bell (American-style porter with hints of roasted chocolate and sweet caramel), Fluffhead (Bavarian-style wheat beer with notes of ripe banana and clove), Joose Juicy (Mid-Atlantic take on a New England-style IPA with a strong, malty backbone supporting dank resinous hops) and Saison Do Fromm (Belgian-style ale with hints of black peppercorn and anise). The brewery is currently using local favorite Pizza Boy’s original 18-barrel system.

The space was renovated from a car dealership and resembles a beer hall, with large wooden communal tables and seats at the long bar that face the fermenters.

When you get hungry, you don’t have to go far. Red Sky Cafe is located right next door to Ever Grain and there is an ordering window right in the brewpub. Red Sky Cafe is owned and operated by chef Wes Stepp, who brings a taste of Outer Banks, North Carolina, to Camp Hill. The menu includes soups, salads and flatbreads plus sandwiches and platters. Highlights include the ocean-infused crab cake sandwich with Sriracha aioli and shrimp and grits.

If you want to get a taste of Ever Grain’s beers paired with Red Sky Cafe’s delicious menu, make a reservation for the upcoming 5-course tasting dinner on Wednesday, December 14, at 6:30 p.m. The exclusive event is $55 per person and limited to 60 guests. Make your reservation by calling (717) 525-8222.

Ever Grain also hosts free all-level EverFlow Yoga every Tuesday and Sunday, taught by instructor Nina Hamilton. For more information, visit the Ever Grain Brewing Company website.
