Visit Weavers Way Mercantile for Holiday Shopping You Can Feel Good About

Kitchen UtensilsWeavers Way Co-op is making it easy for you to buy gifts for the holidays, and add a sustainable, feel-good vibe to it at the same time.

The Weavers Way Mercantile, a pop-up shop created specifically for the holidays, will be open for business now through December 31 with an inventory of unique, sustainable and functional items. Many are locally made and hand-crafted, including kitchen tools, housekeeping accessories and even supplies for urban homesteading. There will also be tea, coffee, music and seating to enjoy while shopping.

In addition to finding gift items at this Co-op and LandHealth Institute collaborative pop-up shop, evening workshops will be held Tuesday through Thursday evenings and presented by Co-op staff, volunteers, LandHealth Institute experts and more. Plus, on December 2 and 9, Weavers Way Mercantile will be part of a larger local craftwork celebration, the Mt. Airy Makers Market, unfolding from 5–9 p.m.

Weavers Way Mercantile will be open from 11 a.m.–7 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday (closed on Christmas). Don’t miss this special December pop-up market and shop for creative, local and sustainable gifts for those on your list this year.
