Wegmans Pubs will be highlighting its new cheese cave offerings at the upcoming “For the Love of Cheese and Beer” four-course beer pairing dinner on January 12.
Guests are invited to arrive between 5:30 and 5:45 p.m., when light snacks will be served. From 5:45–6:15 p.m., the first course, a cheese and beer flight tasting of three items each, will be offered as the location’s cheesemonger and beer expert describe each selection. Stone Brewing Company beers will be accompanying the cheeses at Pennsylvania locations.
At 6:15 p.m., it’s off to be seated and enjoy the remaining three courses of the evening, as the culinary experts guide your dining journey along the way. The complete four-course menu for the evening includes:
First Course

Second Course
Roasted fennel and marinated beet salad with Winter in Italy crostini, citrus vinaigrette
Third Course
