DVR Alert: Patrick and Terence Feury to Appear on “Beat Bobby Flay”

On Thursday, January 19, at 10 p.m., Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay will pit the fabulous Feury brothers, Patrick and Terence, against brothers Michael and Bryan Voltaggio.

The Philadelphia area is very familiar with chefs Patrick Feury of Nectar and Terence Feury, formerly of Fork and Tavro 13 and presently at The Grill at Forty 1° North in Newport, RI. Michael and Bryan Voltaggio were the winner and runner-up (respectively) in season six of Bravo’s Top Chef.

The Beat Bobby Flay episode guide states, “There’s no brotherly love in the arena as chefs and brothers Patrick and Terence Feury duke it out for the nod of approval from Bryan and Michael Voltaggio. Which brother will represent the family against Big Daddy Bobby Flay?”

For those unfamiliar with the show, it pits talented chefs in a head-to-head competition for the chance to Beat Bobby Flay. To get to Bobby, the chefs must first face off against each other, creating a spectacular dish with a secret ingredient of Bobby’s choice. Judges Jason Hicks, Raquel Pelzel and Michael Vignola know Bobby’s strengths and his weaknesses. Their goal is to pick the chef who has the skills to take down Bobby Flay in his own arena. The winning chef gets to challenge Bobby with his or her surprise signature dish. If Bobby goes down, the winner can tell the world, “I beat Bobby Flay!”

Tune in Thursday, January 19, to see if the Feury brothers will beat Bobby.
