Grabbing one of these new gluten-free rolls is easy as can be. When ordering your sub at Jersey Mike’s, simply ask for the gluten-free option and you’ll have a Jersey Mike’s sub served up with a Wild Flour Bakery Tuscan herb-style gluten-free roll. Like all of the Jersey Mike’s rolls, the gluten-free rolls arrive at the restaurant in dough form and are baked onsite. There are also dedicated pans in which the restaurant cooks the gluten-free rolls so as to avoid contact with items which are not gluten-free.
Other locations also serving gluten-free rolls include Horsham, Phoenixville, Glen Mills and Philadelphia spots.
