Three New Garces Restaurants to Open at Tropicana Atlantic City in March

Jose Garces is bringing his culinary talents back to Atlantic City with three spectacular new restaurants opening at the Tropicana Casino and Resort Atlantic City on March 3: Olon Restaurante, Okatshe and La Cerveceria.

Olon Restaurante

Olon Restaurante, a fine dining concept, will offer fresh seafood and a cevicheria with lunch and dinner being served seven days a week. There will also be two private dining rooms available. The hours will be as follows: lunch from 11 a.m.–2 p.m. and dinner from 5–11 p.m., midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Reservations can be secured on OpenTable or by calling (800) 345-8767, starting in February. The restaurant will also participate in Atlantic City Restaurant Week for lunch only, which will unfold from March 5-10.

Okatshe

Okatshe will bring a Japanese sake and noodle bar to the Tropicana Atlantic City. The new eatery, which will take over the location formerly housing Seaside Café, will include a unique Japanese candy store at the entrance and feature sushi, sake and noodle bar offerings. No reservations are required and guests can just walk in seven days a week between the hours of 4 p.m. and 2 a.m.

La Cerveceria

The third Garces addition to Tropicana Atlantic City, La Cerveceria, will be an interactive, double-sided bar. On the menu, guests will find seafood, sushi and other items as well as 24 different types of draft beer. In addition to the culinary and drink options, there will be live, upbeat, beach-inspired entertainment from 9 p.m.–midnight on Fridays, Saturdays and holiday weekends. Hours of operation will be 11:30 a.m.–11 p.m. daily.

With three new dining concepts and the Garces name attached to them, the culinary scene at Tropicana Atlantic City just hit an all-new level. Be sure to visit one or all of these three new restaurants once the doors open on March 3.
