Opening Today in Exton: Suburban Restaurant & Beer Garden

Great news, Exton: Suburban, a farm-to-table-focused restaurant and beer garden, will serve its first pint tonight, Thursday, March 2. Located in Eagleview Town Center, the beer garden will be open from 5:30 p.m.–12 a.m. Suburban’s chef and owner is Eric Yost. He has an extensive culinary résumé, including stints at The Gables at Chadds Ford, The White Dog Café and Wyebrook Farm.

The bar features 24 taps of all Pennsylvania beer and spirits from local distillers. The restaurant is split into two sides—a casual, family-friendly beer garden complete with picnic tables and outdoor fire pit and lawn games and the Farmer’s Room, serving a more upscale menu during dinner only. For now, only the beer garden side is open with the Farmer’s Room opening soon. The menu on the beer garden side will include cheese and charcuterie, large soft pretzels with mustard, sandwiches (bologna!), burgers, several varieties of macaroni and cheese and more.
