The P.J.W. Restaurant Group has just opened another location of its popular restaurant, P.J. Whelihan’s, in Lancaster. As of Monday, June 11, this new family-friendly hot spot is open for business!
As the 22nd restaurant for the P.J.W. Restaurant Group and the 17th P.J. Whelihan’s location, this restaurant group is expanding westward and shows no signs of stopping! The newest addition is situated within the Shoppes at Belmont on Fruitville Pike and has brought 80 full- and part-time jobs to the area. Neighbors of the new restaurant include several popular retail anchors like Target, Whole Foods and Nordstrom Rack.
Delivering on P.J.’s reputation as an iconic sports fan destination, and with approximately 6,000-square feet to work with, the newest P.J. Whelihan’s restaurant and pub includes a large video wall which can be used in its entirety to project larger-than-life games, matches or movies, or the wall can be sectioned off into multiple smaller screens for the ultimate ‘picture-in-picture’ presentation.
The new spot is designed by Stokes Architecture + Design, with the interior featuring warm wood tones contrasted by sleek industrial greys, exposed ductwork and decorative beams to evoke a modern and comfortable sensibility. The new P.J.’s is consistent with the P.J. Whelihan’s concept geared to serve families, sports fans, happy hour patrons and anyone seeking night and weekend entertainment.
The menu mirrors the classic P.J. Whelihan’s offerings, including P.J.’s famous wings, fries, tater tots, burgers and more. P.J.W. Copper Lager, brewed exclusively for P.J. Whelihan’s by Victory Brewing Company, is available alongside a full-bodied list of 36 beers on tap, canned and bottled beer, wine and an extensive cocktail program.
During the warmer months, additional seating is available on the outdoor patio, providing an ideal spot for sipping, dining and relaxing in the sunshine.
