Now Open in Philadelphia: Two Persons Coffee

Philadelphia’s coffee culture can’t stop won’t stop, and the newest kid on the block is Two Persons Coffee, a kiosk in the newly redesigned lobby of the BOK Building in South Philly.

The minimalist spot is selling drip coffee and espresso drinks made with beans from Lancaster’s Passenger Coffee and pastries from Machine Shop Boulangerie, a French-inspired bakery also operating a few levels upstairs in BOK. The cafe is evidence of BOK’s expansion into retail space for food and beverage concepts, not just creative work and office spaces. BOK Bar has been a longtime favorite for its life-affirming skyline views and South Philly Smökhaus, a barbecue joint and butcher shop slated to open soon. Word has it, a cocktail bar is also in the works at the BOK.

Two Persons is open to the tenants of BOK and the general public, and guests are encouraged to enter the back of the building via Dudley Street, just half a block south of Mifflin. Hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Stop by this week to say hello!

Find Two Persons at the BOK Building at 1901 S. 9th St. in Philadelphia (though, as instructed, don’t forget to enter on Dudley St.).
