Plan the Perfect Passover

For Passover, Carlino’s menu offers a wide range of items including kosher matzo ball soup, chilled poached salmon and flourless cake to end on a sweet note. Try the traditional beef brisket, braised with red wine, tomatoes, vegetables and fresh herbs, sliced and served au jus, or whole glazed carrots with honey, molasses, butter, olive oil, fresh rosemary and herbs.

For an Easter made easier, look no further than Carlino’s Easter menu, sure to stock your table with all the fixings for a feast. As the centerpiece to your Easter table, roasted leg of lamb is sure to please. A locally raised and harvested prime leg of lamb is boned and rolled with sprigs of fresh rosemary, parsley, thyme, kosher salt, black pepper, shallots, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice.
