Take a Look Inside Fork & Bottle, the New Restaurant at The Desmond

The Desmond in Malvern is known for its luxurious accommodations, welcoming staff and top-notch culinary offerings and, with the latest restaurant addition of Fork & Bottle, dining options at The Desmond just got even better.

The latest restaurant to open its doors at The Desmond takes over the spot where the Hunt Room used to be, and it features menu service for every meal of the day from a kitchen headed up by Executive Chef Christopher Calhoun. The menu consists of globally-inspired cuisine with ingredients acquired from exceptional farmers and fisheries.

Guests at Fork & Bottle will be able to enjoy staying in for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as Sunday brunch. Some of the culinary treats include artisan bread offerings from local bakery La Baguette Magique, tantalizing cheese options from Shy Brothers Farm in Westport, Massachusetts, superior beef offerings from Allen Brothers, and sensational house-made desserts.

At breakfast, diners will savor menu items such as thick-cut brioche French toast, malted vanilla Belgian waffle, eggs Benedict and a build-your-own omelet. The lunch crowd will find tempting items such as beef short rib and candy onion soup, blackened orange marlin on quinoa-broccoli salad, Allen Brothers Angus burger with Mimolette, shaved turkey breast club sandwich, and grilled NY strip steak.

For dinner, choosing just one entrée might be the most difficult choice you’ve had to make in awhile! Miso-honey lacquered wild king salmon, Muscovy duck breast, a 10-ounce Allen Brothers Angus NY strip steak and ricotta and semolina gnudi are just a few of the offerings which will tempt your palate.

On Sundays, bring the family to enjoy brunch at Fork & Bottle, where the chef will be serving up succulent breakfast and lunch items on the buffet tables. Items which the whole family is sure to appreciate include an omelet station, thick-cut French toast, scrambled eggs, cherrywood-smoked bacon, chef-carved beef and poultry options, seafood entrees, The Desmond’s famous bread pudding, mini pastries and more.

For the adult crowd, the wine, beer and spirits offerings are sure to please. In addition to an extensive wine list, libations-seekers can order their favorite beers and cocktails to accompany the chef’s culinary creations.

All of the meals are served in the newly renovated dining room, which exudes a welcoming vibe with its elegant yet comfortable seating, spacious tables, eye-catching lighting and warm décor colors.
